- All our houses are in walking distance to the local University.
- All of our houses are close to shops and amenities.
- All houses are close to good public transport links to allow access to
the city centre, the Railway station is based in the city centre and therefore
students arriving by train to the city will not have a long journey to get to
our houses or office.
- ClubEasyStudyUK rental includes all utility bills i.e.: gas, electricity and water.
- Using an ClubEasyStudyUK house you will have access to a 24 hour help line for maintenance
and security emergencies.
- From September 2003 all of our rooms will have telephone connection in
the rooms provided by Kingston Communications. (All connection charges are included
in your rental, all you will have to pay is your call charges.
- Via the above telephone connection you will be able to access the internet.
(There are no additional charges for using the internet, which again is provided
by Kingston Communications.)
- Students staying in our Halls of Residence would receive the services
of ClubEasyStudyUK domestic staff who will clean communal areas once per week.
- All ClubEasyStudyUK offices provide an open door policy for access to managers should
students feel the need to represent themselves on any issue.
- ClubEasyStudyUK have a number of contacts in local guest house/hotels should you
wish to arrange an overnight stay prior to viewing or signing up to a house/room.
- By arrangement ClubEasyStudyUK can meet you at your point of arrival in Hull.
- By arrangement ClubEasyStudyUK can provide a basic bedding set free of charge, for
first time international students with ClubEasyStudyUK this comprises, Duvet, duvet cover,
pillow case, pillow and bottom sheet.
- All ClubEasyStudyUK tenants automatically receive free personal possessions insurance.(

- For the academic year 2003/2004 single room rental is £2112.00
for a standard 48 weeks contract inclusive of all utility bills and internet
access in rooms.
- Discounts apply for annual payment in advance.
- An ClubEasyStudyUK contract starts in August, however, students who arrange housing
after this date will be charged pro-rata at £44.00 per week.

- As ClubEasyStudyUK do not request a holding deposit from students, you should be
aware that some damages or losses will be charged direct to you, i.e. to replace
a lost key, the charge is £10.00.

- All international students will be offered a single contract unless they
are part of a group.
- Type of contract offered is a fixed term short hold tenancy agreement
providing you with a guaranteed start date and end date for your accommodation.

- All communal living areas are provided with easy chairs, settees and
coffee table.
- All kitchens are provided with cooker, washing machine, microwave oven,
fridge freezer and waste bin.
- All houses are provided with the following domestic equipment, ironing
board, vacuum cleaner, sweeping brush and dustpan/brush.
- Q. How much is the weekly rental?
- A. The rent is from £44.00 per week.
- Q. Can I pay using credit cards?
- A. Credit cards are accepted for students who elect to take the single
payment option.
- Q. How much will I have to Pay for heating and lighting?
- A. The payment for utility bills is included in the rental, you will
have no additional payments to utility companies.
- Q. Can I make alterations to the decoration in the room?
- A. No alterations can be made to the fabric of the house/room without
the express permission from the landlord.
- Q. Will I be able to register with a doctor?
- A. Hull University have their own student health centre and there are
some doctors surgeries located close to the University.
- Q. Can I have a pet in my house?
- A. APS has a no pets policy.
- Q. Are there any banks close to ClubEasyStudyUK houses or offices?
- A. All the major uk banks have branches within 5 minutes walk of APS
offices.
